Klosterpensionen opened in 2007 and is established at the 1. floor of Sct. Mogens Gade 18 B.
Apart from the rooms on aprox. 40 square feet, theres a kitchen/all room, bathroom and toilet.
The house was build in 1926, and has until 1976 worked as a instistution for socially struggling women. In 1933 the house was extended by 4 rooms.
From 1976 and untill i took over the house in 2003, it has been used for private residence. The house needed a thorough renovation, wich I have completet by opening Klosterpensionen in 2007.
The goal of the renovation was the bring the original style from the 1920'ies back, without loosing the present times comforts and conveniences, and keeping the native soul of the house.
Klosterpensions name descendes from it's neighbour, the Gråbrødre Monastery. The Gråbrødre Monastery is one of the oldest buildings in Viborg, and is located in conjunction with the historical Sct. Mogens Gade.
